DELIVERY

The Usel Factory Shop delivers to all of Northern Ireland, and we operate via delivery zones, varying with Greater Belfast, Outer Belfast and the Rest Of N.Ireland.

Please be sure to select your appropriate delivery zone to avoid any additional charges following your order.

As an alternative we also can provide for a FREE self-collection service from our Cambrai Street Factory Shop location. Please contact our sales team for an accurate estimate on delivery. We operate with our own delivery team and vehicles to ensure a quality delivery.

The lead time on orders can be up to 10 working days from the day after point of order. Due to the nature of the process, made-to-order and custom-sized items will take longer to manufacture, please allow for this. We'll re-confirm delivery up to 24-hrs before delivery is expected, and our dedicated delivery team will contact you when they are on their way, up to 1 hour before expected delivery. 

 

COLLECT & RECYCLE SERVICE 

We offer a collection service alongside our delivery service, for a £10 fee we can remove your old mattress when we deliver your brand new one. Within our operation, we strive to divert old mattresses from landfill and recycle the internal materials, of which move on to be used in various other industries. We can only remove like-for-like items ie: a mattress for a mattress. We do not remove sofa-beds with this service. This service is only valid on new purchases - this is not a standalone service.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Online Returns:

At the Factory Shop we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their online purchase. We recommend customers inspect any goods we've delivered to you on delivery to ensure your complete satisfaction. We will offer a full refund or exchange of goods if the item is not as described.

Please note: Custom sized goods arranged and bought online cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty.

If you are unhappy with your purchase you have within 14 days to return it to us. If the item is retained with a receipt within its original packaging and is inspected to be unused, we can refund you the amount in full. If any genuine quality issues were to arise in your product, they would appear within the first few weeks. We retain the right to refuse a return based on it's used condition, if the goods are not in a re-saleable 'as sold' condition ie; the goods are unopened, with original documentation and the item and packaging are undamaged and unused. Refunds cannot be issued without an original receipt.

In the case of non-faulty goods we will reimburse you for the cost of the items only, the delivery cost is non-refundable.
